Seeking AI Engineers / Team to Speed Up GPT-4o Digital Agent Department Implementation

Project Description:
I would like to build a fully digital Innovation, R&D, and Transformation Department for a my company. This new division is composed entirely of GPT-4o-powered digital employees (AI agents) operating 24/7. The goal is to research, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions and transformation strategies that support the company’s shift toward AI-driven operations and products.

I am looking to hire individuals or a team to help accelerate the implementation of this initiative.
I need help with:
Prompt Engineering & Workflow Automation (for GPT-4o agents)

Agent Memory & Task Orchestration (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)

Agent Deployment & UI Integration (React/HTML dashboard or chat interface)

Backend Setup & Data Management (Python, FastAPI, Firebase, SQL)

RAG & Document Ingestion (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, LangChain)

Integration with 3rd-party tools/APIs (SAP, Power BI, Jira, Notion, etc.)

DevOps and Hosting (Cloud or Local GPU setup)

Preferred Stack & Tools:
OpenAI GPT-4o API

LangChain or CrewAI

Python (FastAPI preferred)

Docker / WSL / Linux

Firebase, Supabase, or similar

React (for frontend if needed)

Project Scope & Timeline:
Initial Phase: Implement and stabilize 3–5 core digital agents (Data Scientist, AI Developer / Software Engineer/Coder, Solution Architect, Tester, Innovation Analyst)
