ChatGPT Integration with Excel Data representing outgoing trips during 2024.

I'm looking for an expert in AI integration, specifically with OpenAI's chatbot, ChatGPT 3.5 turbo via OpenAI's API. My main requirement is to enable this chatbot to successfully read and interpret data extracted from Excel tables which represents regular trips that leave a specific day of the week and have different prices based on the departure date.
The objective is for the chatbot to respond to user queries based on:
- Names and their associated values within the Excel tables
- Date and time records
- ChatGPT to successfully understand and return correct data for a query like this: "I have a couple that wants to go on a trip in august, what trips do you have?" --> this returns a list / table of trips with their prices for that month.
What I will need is the following:
- The exact prompt that can handle this with ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo
- Any restrictions to make sure it only takes into account our own data
- Any temperature adjustments
- Anything else that is needed to make sure this works futureproof
The data will be stored in pinecone, no need to worry about this part, just the prompt part.
There is also a formula that needs to be calculated when a trip starts from one timeframe but finishes a different timeframe. There we need to calculate the $ difference between both timeframes and calculate per day.
Ideally, you should have:
- Experience with AI chatbots like ChatGPT
- Strong proficiency in data handling and Excel
- Ability to work on a tight timeframe, as I need this done ASAP.
