Graffana monitoring for GKE

I am looking for an expert to help me design a Graffana monitoring system for my Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environment. I would like the system to monitor CPU Usage, Memory Usage, and Network Traffic, with data being updated on a regular basis. I am open to any dashboard layout, as well as how frequently the metrics should be updated - whether it is continuous updates every minute or more sporadic, every 10 minutes.
