Grafana and Prometheus dashboard creation

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Grafana and Prometheus dashboard for me. The dashboard will be used to track the number of requests made to a particular service. The following are the requirements for the project:

Data Sources:
- Prometheus will be used as the data source for the dashboard.

Metrics:
- The dashboard should track the number of requests made to the service.
- Another dashboard for tracking the latency of the requests.

Level of Detail:
- The dashboard should display a detailed breakdown of the number of requests made.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus in GCP is required.
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation is preferred.
- Familiarity with the service being tracked is a bonus.
