Set up Month to Month Construction Budget
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a project engineer or project scheduler who has a good background in hard costs construction trades.
I already have the hard costs broken down in Uniformat. I need someone to put together the construction budget similar to the attached picture for a Parking Garage (8 months long) and a Parking Garage followed by two separate towers (36 months long).
I need this done asap. You can set up ratios using the information attached to conclude the budgets. I’m not expecting them to be perfect but I do expect you to understand what I need done and quickly.
I need this done by my time 7/26 no later than 12 PM EST. I think this will only take someone about 2-3 hours to do just need someone who is ready to work.
