Project scheduler

We are looking for a full time resource to assist with being responsible for scheduling of all of our eLearning projects

This role includes:
- Be responsible for the scheduling and utilisation of all team members across all projects
- Attend weekly meetings and/or daily stand ups to report on projects as requested
- Use timecamp and Monday.com/Click up to track utilisation of staff and update key milestones
- Identify when new staff members are needed and provide a brief to the recruiter on what recruitment is needed
- Liaise with the recruiter to schedule new staff onboarding and training with the existing team
- Keep all relevant files and documents up to date
- Identify schedule delays and facilitate interventions in a timely manner
- Accommodate changes and updates to project plans
- Keep all stakeholders up to date on project delays, milestones and changes
- Recommend actions to keep projects within budgets, timeframes and utilisation
- Document Standard operating procedures and work instructions to help optimize and streamline project delivery

You will also need to:
- Work in Australian working hours (AEST)
- Have stable internet
- Have extensive project management experience as a scheduler
