Project control

Hi, I’m looking for a project controller for my small firm. We do climate/energy consulting projects. Some 5-7 projects in parallel, 3-5 consultants involved in each of them. I need someone to help me streamlining the project control process (hours per person, billability, margins, etc). It is a part time continuous engagement.
