Project Schedule Narrative for Tow Geotechnical Projects.
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
My company has two projects working in Geotechnical field and civil engineering design, we need to make a schedule for them including the following:
• High Level and Detail Project Schedules with resource and cost loading using primavera p6
• Manpower/Manhour histograms
• Time Phased Work-Look-Ahead schedules.
• Cost Control
• Finalize the Report as required by the client
• We may request for attending meeting with the client to discuss about the schedule
• Available to revise the report as per the client request, or in case of delay.
Please find the attached sample of simple report submitted before to the client, but not fully satisfied with it.
