Project Coordinator (Full Time)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I run a digital marketing agency in Australia called Incubate Digital (www.incubatedigital.com.au) and am looking for a full time freelancer to join my team. I have a team of 5 full time staff and 4 contractors. My team is based in Australia, India, Pakistan and the Phillipines.
My business specialises in 5 areas:
1. e-commerce store design and web development (Shopify & Wordpress)
2. SEO
3. Social Media Marketing
4. Paid Ads (Search Engine & Socials); and
5. Email Marketing
The role I am looking to fill is for a Project Coordinator to work on my Web design/dev, SEO and Email Marketing businesses. On average, we run about 10 - 15 concurrent projects in these areas and I want to hire someone on a full time basis to coordinate these projects.
The mandatory skills that I am looking for are:
1. Good written and spoken English skills
2. High level understanding of web design/dev and SEO, noting that this is not a technical role
3. Ability to communicate with customers via email, phone, Zoom etc.
4. Understand client requirements and be able to communicate them concisely and clearly to internal staff
5. Manage a project schedule and provide advance notice of anticipate delays
6. Escalate issues as and when they arise
7. Maintain and monitor project budgets
8. Weekly reporting on projects; and
9. Appropriate updates on internal system
This will be a full time role (40hrs per week) and will only suit a candidate in sub continent Asia or the Asia Pacific region due to the time zone advantage with Australia.
The budget is AUD 1,600 monthly, but I am happy to be slightly flexible for the right candidate.
I also want to clarify that I DO NOT want offers from people who want to obtain web design / dev or SEO work from my agency. We have very stable, long term relationships with our employees and are not looking to add anyone new for design, development or SEO. Any unsolicited approaches in this regard will be ignored.
This is an immediate opportunity and I would like to interview suitable candidates this week with a view to commencing on or before 1-Nov-21.
