MS Project 2019 Assistance in creating Projects

I need assistance creating an MS Project for a budget and resource allocation for a project. I previously used an Excel spreadsheet to manage it but would like to have it in Microsoft Project 2019. The Project includes:
5 people working on the project part-time. Purchase of 4x laptops. Travel and Accommodation etc...
