Medical Office Renovation to High Tech Medical Monitoring unit

We are occupying space in an existing building in El Segundo, CA that is currently an ambulatory medical clinic, We are remodeling it to serve a medical remote monitoring unit of 100 seated agents around the clock. There will be computing equipment (120+ PCs) and over 620 monitors installed, new telephony, high speed internet service, possible generator, upgraded HVAC. We need an experienced PM who has done this kind of work on medical facilities IN CALIFORNIA who can help with everything from help with organizing a specialized furniture vendor, low voltage vendors, electrical service, and understand regulations of services buildings need to have for that many people, mostly women, working 24/7 (bathrooms, lactation room, handicapped parking, etc). Must also be able to flex to PM all of the sub projects related to operations. MUST reside within driving distanced to El Segundo CA. Please no remote or unqualified candidates. Job is expected to run 6-8 months. Pay negotiable. Candidate should be able to set-up as agile project.
