Freelance Recording Studio Booking Coordinator
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recording Studio Booking Coordinator to help manage studio reservations and client scheduling. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate and schedule studio sessions for artists, producers, and engineers
✅ Manage booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
✅ Maintain an organized studio calendar and ensure smooth session transitions
✅ Communicate studio policies, rates, and availability to clients
✅ Handle last-minute scheduling changes and troubleshoot booking conflicts
Requirements:
? Experience in studio operations, artist management, or event coordination
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to multitask and work under pressure
? Familiarity with studio booking software is a plus
Must be able to communicate effectively with artists
Must be able to work 8pm est to 6am est
