Create a schedule for a team of nine members

Design a schedule for a team of nine people, for the whole year. Where you work from Monday to Monday in unique eight-hour shifts, from 8am - 5pm. Where only one works from Monday to Friday and rests every weekend of the month and the rest, the other eight, work on days without fixed rest. Each day 6 people must work and they must have a full weekend of rest per month and one mixed weekend per month. Everyone must work the same number of hours per month.
