Building a project plan in MS Project

Hello! I'm looking for an experienced MS Project professional who can help me create a project plan for a complex project with interdependant 3 streams , with a duration of 1-3 months. The project is to build a 5 year project plan in MS Project 2019 based upon an excel based project plans that need to be uplifted into MS Project, so the freelancer should have experience working with this version of the software. Whilst the project is 1-3 moths, it will not be a full time engagement once the plan is created, support for project changes and tracking would be required
