Build a 7 task MS Project file with baseline & delay analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Put together the following in MS Project
- a three task project (set this as baseline)
- a 4 task delay event which impacts the as-planned project
display, formatting etc must be as per my sample
I have already made the MS project file, see jpg attached
however I want to combine them so the 'before delay analysis' is displayed as the baseline project and the 'after delay events' becomes the impacted as-planned schedule
