Sage Intacct Implementation Setup

I’m rolling out Sage Intacct from scratch and need an experienced consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation. This is a clean install—no legacy data migration—so the focus is on configuring a robust chart of accounts, entity structure, dimensions, approval workflows, and user roles that match our current processes and future growth plans.

Scope
• Project planning: confirm requirements, draft the phased rollout, and map key milestones.
• System build: configure core modules, security, and reporting packs in Sage Intacct.
• Data preparation: advise on import templates for opening balances and master files.
• Validation: run test scenarios, reconcile trial balances, and fine-tune any exceptions.
• Knowledge transfer: document configuration decisions and walk me through go-live best practices.

Timeline
I’m flexible on dates and happy to adapt to your recommended sequencing, provided we maintain steady momentum and clear checkpoints.

Tools & Access
You’ll have full admin credentials in our new Sage Intacct tenant, plus any sandbox you prefer for prototyping. We collaborate in Teams or Zoom, track tasks in Asana, and keep all artifacts in a shared OneDrive folder.

Success looks like a production-ready Sage Intacct environment, fully tested, documented, and ready for our internal staff to take over daily operations without surprises.
