Residential Construction Planner (P6)
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an experienced planner to work with our team on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our project program in Primavera P6, updating it weekly based on the work done on-site, and coordinating with our in-house planner to ensure everything remains on track.
* Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning.
- Strong knowledge of the UK construction market.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 software.
- Proven ability to collaborate with in-house teams and provide regular updates.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage the project schedule in Primavera P6.
- Weekly updates to the program based on site progress.
- Coordination with the in-house planner to ensure alignment with site activities.
- Provide detailed reports and progress updates as required.
