Project management Dashboard (engineering)

I want t create an excel sheet that shows project dadhboard for engineering (designing) project.
It should be well presented, contains summary of project, high level schedule activities (~25 activities), current project issues, future risks, reactions to risks, KPIs, scheule and cost variance, delivered vs basline drawings...
I prefer the dashboard can be printed on A3 landscape.
