* Rostering Policy and Procedure
* Rostering education and training materials – developed and delivered
* Master roster versus working roster
*8-hour standard operating roster template
* 12-hour standard operating roster template – switch on/off as needed - process to include notification of staff, time in use etc
* Downtime procedure – when to revert to paper (Business Continuity Plan)
Outline to include areas - Introduction, Project plan, Requirements, System design, Development & Testing, Deployment, Maintenance & support, Risk Management and conclusion
