I am looking for an expert that knows whats best, whats missing. what needs to be removed or added for my website to be user friendly, simplified for users, vendors and affiliates. Needs to be able to be trusted that they will work. Needs to be able to create lists of pro and cons as needed for all or any sections. You will need to learn the "in's" and "out's" of the website's concept. You will find all the possible ways to advertise for free, give suggestions/feedback/etc.
Its basically, I need an "overseer* or "an assistant/manager" of my website and the web dev team that i have in place.
My website is around 10 percent done, but the coding/image and layout is still being workout.
The website is NOT using WordPress. We do not sell products, sell memberships for vendors to sign up on our websites, but then have users come to our website to find these paid vendors for services the users need help with. We have an affiliate program that earns money if they get a vendor to paid a membership however the fees are $3-5 per each vendor that signs up using the affiliates assigned ID#
The job is paid hourly set @2-8/hr and as needed because the website is worked on week by week. You must agree to showing work(define as actual work done not for just texting me and others, not for reading materials(outlines, texting, etc).IF you read this message, and you cant follow our requests and over bid our set price, then we will ask others and move on.
