Airtable Expert for Weekly Production Tracking
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced Airtable expert to help me set up a detailed and customised production planning table for my business. This table will be used to manage the flow of production phases for white cosmetics and personal care products, from the confirmation of all components and ingredients availability to the finished products being ready for shipment.
Project Scope:
1. Production Phases:
- Phase 1: Mixing Operations
- Two shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
- Two operating mixers.
- Fields required: Product name, Order number, Customer order number, Description, Volume per shift, and Estimated readiness day for Phase 2.
- Phase 2: Filling
- Two shifts with up to 5 filling lines per shift.
- Fields required: Product name, Volume to be filled per shift, Estimated number of workers per line, Estimated shift/s, workers / line to complete filling.
- Phase 3: Packing and Casing
- Five packing lines, with fields similar to the filling phase.
- Fields required: Number of workers per line, Estimated pallets ready for shipment. Estimated shift/s, workers / line to complete filling.
2. Weekly Planning:
- The table should accommodate production planning for 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Each week should be divided by days (Monday to Saturday), with detailed scheduling for each phase and shift.
3. Customization and Usability:
- The table should allow for easy manual data entry.
- Include fields for tracking progress and completion status.
- Provide views for different levels of detail, such as by week, by phase, or by product.
4. Additional Requirements:
- Instructions for how to use and update the table.
- Potential for future adjustments or scaling if needed.
Deliverables:
- A fully functional Airtable base that meets the outlined requirements.
- Documentation or a brief guide on how to use and maintain the table.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience with Airtable, including creating complex tables and databases.
- Familiarity with production planning or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide examples of similar work.
