1on1 website development mentorship (no wordpress)

i want some one who can teach me about how to the self learn the background required to manage a team making web apps/websites and tell me how many people i need and what skills they are required to have, and check up with me once or twice every week, and could in the long term discuss website development solutions with me or give me project ideas that i can try to work on.
we can start from 25th of this month.
