Serve as the main point of contact for clients within the territory.Address customer complaints or escalations quickly and effectively.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new service needs.
Team Leadership

Provide training and guidance to improve team skills.
Assign workloads and monitor performance.
Business Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling maintenance contracts, spare parts, and related services.
Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets for the service division.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare regular service reports (KPIs, downtime analysis, cost reports).
Maintain records of customer interactions, service history, and pending work.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure all service work follows company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments for field jobs.
