I am looking for an IT product implementation template that encompasses all phases of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closure.
For each phase, I would like to include detailed tasks typically performed, such as defining the scope, identifying stakeholders, creating a Return on Investment (ROI) document, capturing requirements, and so on.
The template should be comprehensive, ideally consisting of 50 to 80 lines detailing these six phases. Milestones should also be clearly defined within the project plan.
