Write Project Scope for portal and frontend
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking to have a project scope written to help define a project I am working on. I want the project scope to be detailed, including milestones and tasks that will need to be completed, so that my project team can use it as a reference throughout the project.
I want recommendations regarding the stack and frontend.
The goal of the project scope is to provide a clear understanding of the project that ultimately leads to selection of the right freelancer, setting of the correct budget, and ultimately successful outcome in delivery of the webapp.
About the project:
I need a backend portal for management of suppliers and servicing of customers...kind of a mix between an online directory and a multivendor marketplace for service.
Need admin panel to manage business processes with the both clients/suppliers and customers including communication, order management etc.
We will also need a frontend for customer UX.
This job may lead to a project management role.
