operations manager
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I am looking for an experienced operations manager to handle the following responsibilities:
- Team management: The operations manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of more than 10 individuals.
- Process improvement: The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Management. The operations manager will be expected to oversee and optimize the services we offer through our online tech platform. The manager will also be expected to manage local on the ground facilities and team requirements (remotely)
The project is expected to last more than a year. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team management and process improvement. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
