I need a virtual project manager

I purchase renovate then sell individual homes. I need someone to search, vet trademen pros - get a few quotes and schedule the best one for the job such as plumbers , electricians, drywallers, etc..

You'll keep a virtual eye on their work to finish. Ideally you know a thing or two about renovations.
