I need a project manager to submit and look for new Web design projects on freelance platforms

I am looking for someone with perfect english and has the time to go on platforms such as freelancer and other platforms and submit pitches and get me new projects continuously. The person mentioned should have close to perfect English and can negotiate with potential clients and close deals for me.

I am interested in Wordpress/Woocommerce projects and can provide a portfolio of my work along the service provided description.

I need someone to work 4 hours per day for 2$/Hour
