need an expert project manager to develop a project risk plan

I am looking for an experienced project manager who’s aware of ISO 31000 standard and PMBOK to develop my project risk plan. The timeline for this project is flexible, and the type of risk plan I need developed is to be determined. Additionally, I may have resources or data to inform the development of the project risk plan. It's possible that I don't have access to these resources yet, but I'm open to discuss what it might look like once I do. As such, I'm looking for an expert project manager who can work with me to develop a comprehensive project risk plan that meets the needs of my project.
