I need experience Project Manager

I am planning a SAAS website project which will completely done on freelancer only. The entire project will be completed on the Freelancer platform only. From Entire planning to Wire Framing, Designing, Development, Testing. So I need someone to work as a project manager to guide us that How actually MNC's work and How can we complete the project on Freelancer with best possible quality and output. I am looking for proper project manager who has long corporate experience and who help to manage the entire project and guide us to choose the developer, plan the website structure before the work start and check everything is going as per our requirement.
