Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I manage a steady stream of building projects and I’m looking to partner with licensed architects, civil engineers, structural engineers—or multidisciplinary teams—who can take full ownership of the design phase. Every assignment calls for complete architectural, structural, and landscape designs, coordinated into one coherent package that is ready for local permitting and seamless hand-off to contractors.
What I need from you on each project is straightforward: translate the brief and site data I provide into clear, build-ready documentation. That typically means concept studies, iterative revisions, full construction drawings, structural calculations, and a coordinated landscape layout. I work in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural production, while structural files often move through ETABS or STAAD; if you prefer comparable industry-standard tools, that’s fine as long as the output is fully compatible.
Because these projects come in regularly, reliability and prompt communication matter as much as design talent. Turnaround times are agreed in advance and met without surprises. You should be comfortable sharing progress models, attending quick video check-ins, and incorporating feedback efficiently.
Deliverables (per project)
• Complete architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules
• Structural drawings with stamped calculations where required
• Landscape design drawings and planting plans, coordinated with grading and drainage
• A single, conflict-free BIM or CAD file set ready for permit submission
