monday.com PPM Solution Architect
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Over the next two weeks I am rolling out an enterprise-wide Portfolio-Program-Project management (PPM) environment inside monday.com. The engagement is capped at 40 billable hours and a total spend of ₹20,000, split evenly across two weekly milestones.
Scope of work
• Build interconnected Portfolio, Program and Project boards that flow seamlessly from strategic initiatives down to individual tasks.
• Layer in Automations and custom Workflows to keep data moving without manual hand-offs.
• Expose key Portfolio metrics—resource allocation, performance indicators, task health—through live Dashboards at portfolio, program, project and task level.
• Leverage make.com (Integromat) where native monday.com features fall short, packaging those scenarios as reusable apps.
• Configure permissions, views and templates so the solution can be cloned across business units with minimal rework.
Acceptance criteria
1. A working monday.com workspace containing Portfolio, Program and Project boards linked through mirrored columns and connected dashboards.
2. Automated notifications, status roll-ups and resource calculations proven with test data.
3. At least three make.com scenarios published as apps and documented.
4. Comprehensive hand-over guide (Markdown or PDF) so internal admins can maintain and extend the setup.
I will grant full access to a sandbox account on day one and will be available for quick feedback loops throughout the sprint.
