Our company is looking for a passionate, dedicated and motivated Rental Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer relations, the ability to lead by example, and a genuine dedication to increasing our customer satisfaction.
Responsibility:
You will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the overall management of all aspects of the lettings/sales department, overseeing property management, posting properties on various websites, administering or negotiating and day to day management, providing weekly reports to the Branch Manager and covering the day to day management of the branch in their absence.
If you have real estate experience it is a plus.
