excel graphs - Analysis dashboard -- 2

I'm searching for a freelancer that is extremely skilled at creating graphs in Microsoft Excel. The project entails data analysis in order to determine the number of individuals who attended a course and those who did not. There are seven courses being examined. The analysis will be detailed according to employee grade, i.e. junior, supervisor, and so on. Very strong presenting abilities are needed.
