on demand I.T project manager for various projects (VBA. asp.net, PHP) 1 to 2 hours per day.

I am looking for a project manager to help me with a variety of projects which use Technologies such as Excel VBA, asp.net, PHP etc.
Most projects are managed in Trello and carried out by freelancers in freelancer.com or upwork. However you will not be communicating with developers via Freelancer you will be communicating with developers via Trello cards and or email.
We also have clients engaged in some Trello cards.
Typically this role will be 1 or 2 hours a day about hopefully growing more and more work through you to the developers instead of through me.
You will most likely be from a technology background and understand some basic coding in order to be able to effectively communicate with the developers. If you are also able to deliver services in one of these technologies that is a bonus but at this stage is not required.
You should have some experience in translating a business requirement from client or myself into a technology-based task to based task to be passed to and managed with the developer.
You will need excellent English and good communication skills and of course as you will be aware, patience and tenacity in order to facilitate the developers to deliver the tasks.
Your first task will be to take over managing a small task involving codeigniter and PHP in a CRM system we already have the Freelancer getting started however they have not yet established any outputs. Then we will set you up in our Trello cards start to manage tasks.
