I need a system to manage subscribers (with payment)
the subscribers will have in the system kanaban view for follow leads
we have 2 main pipelines : buying properties process and then selling properties process
the system will get Data from third party API and after scrubbing the list the system will send campaigns
via : printing mail (third party API) and / or via Text messages (again third party API)

the system will be able to send document to sign via E-Sign system
The system will have e- mail sending system (third Party API)

the system could get data from forms that we could embed in websites etc...
the system will have a possibility to add teams for common work
