Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for someone to critique my already-created workflow diagram to further my knowledge but for a specific business purpose to improve communication in my organization. The complexity level of the workflow will be easy and any platform/tool can be used.
The main objective of the project is for me to learn from you as you critique my already-created workflow to make adjustments. Specifically, am I using the correct icons? I want to properly demonstrate when decisions are being made, when idle time is happening, and the flow of information, etc. The end result should be a workflow that is easy to use, efficient, and transparent, so everyone involved can remain informed throughout the process.
I'm open to discussion on which platform the workflow should be implemented on. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge in workflow automation, process streamlining, and experience in designing solutions tailored to a particular business need.
