I am trying to design and pilot a customized digital literacy assessment instrument for primary healthcare personnel in Indonesia where I am creating a proposal. I need assistance in designing a slide on the key performance indicators (KPIs) for it. No writing work is required, just a basic slide on how I can analyze with KPIs and how I will measure them.
