E-commerce Project Requirement Documentation Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced part-time specialist to assist us in drafting Project Requirement Documents (PRD) and project test cases. The specialist will need to create these documents based on our provided Figma design files. In case of any unclear requirements, the specialist should proactively communicate with us for clarification. The PRD should be written in English, combining text and visuals to help developers better understand the project requirements. Additionally, we expect the specialist to provide professional English test cases.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft detailed Project Requirement Documents (PRD) based on Figma design files.
2. Ensure the PRD combines text and visuals, clearly describing each functional module.
3. Proactively ask questions and seek clarifications for any unclear requirements during the drafting process.
4. Provide professional English test cases to ensure developers can follow the requirements for development and testing.
5. Maintain good communication with our project team, providing timely progress updates and addressing any issues.
6. Draft detailed test cases based on the PRD, ensuring that each functional module is thoroughly tested.
7. Provide test plans and test report templates to assist the testing team in conducting systematic tests.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in drafting Project Requirement Documents (PRD) and test cases.
2. Proficiency in using Figma, with the ability to accurately draft requirements based on design files.
3. Excellent written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex requirements.
4. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and an understanding of how various requirements are technically implemented.
5. Ability to draft professional English test cases.
6. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
7. Ability to deliver high-quality documents and test cases according to the project timeline.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Relevant industry background (e.g., e-commerce, logistics management, etc.).
2. Experience in project management.
3. Basic knowledge of front-end development (React.js) and back-end development (Python).
