I’m putting together a community-driven initiative that delivers social-support services specifically for the youth in our district. What I need at this stage is a clear, easy-to-follow blueprint that I can present to local stakeholders and volunteers.

• Assess local youth needs using readily available data, brief interviews, or existing reports.
• Outline two or three practical support programs—mentoring, life-skills workshops, or similar activities suited to our area.
• Map basic resources: venue ideas, partner organizations, volunteer roles, and any low-cost materials required.
• Provide an actionable timeline for a six-month pilot, including simple milestones and check-ins.
• Summarize an indicative cost breakdown that fits a modest, community-funded operation.

Format
A concise document (Word or Google Docs) plus any supporting spreadsheets or charts you feel strengthen the plan.
