Workflow Management Proof of Concept - 07/04/2026 05:44 EDT

I'm looking for a proof of concept in respect of workflow management systems - to improve efficiency across various unrelated self contained departmental processes in a medium-sized firm, and to take learnings on what is possible, pros and cons, and how to implement elsewhere in the business further down the line.

The users in the trial areas will be Administrative, Technical, and Customer Support teams.

Key Requirements:
- The system should be adaptable to various processes across the organization.
- Focus on improving efficiency.
- Focus on simplicity and the business' ability to learn what is possible, and how to develop out this utilisation of M365 opportunities across the business.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing workflow management systems utilising core M365 applications.
- Ability to create adaptable and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to develop from a "and now you try" perspective.
