We are Dar Al-Mustafa for General Contracting, based in Qatif, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a developer to help us launch a smart WhatsApp-based solution that includes:
WhatsApp Business API integration
AI-powered chatbot development
A custom dashboard (or subscription to a reliable platform) for managing conversations and campaigns
Project Goals:
Customer Support via WhatsApp
Auto-replies and smart answers to common questions
Easy access to company services and project information
Bilingual support (Arabic and English preferred)
Marketing Automation
Sending personalized promotional messages
Integration with website, social media campaigns, and digital ads
Customer segmentation and engagement tracking
Dashboard Access
Either a subscription to an existing dashboard (Twilio Console, 360dialog, etc.)
Or development of a custom dashboard with:
Message and campaign management
Basic reporting and analytics
Admin roles and user access control
- Scope of Work:
Setup and integration of WhatsApp Business API through a provider (e.g., Twilio, Gupshup, 360dialog)
Development of an AI chatbot (using Dialogflow, GPT-based tools, or similar)
Integration with CRM systems or Google Sheets
Delivery of a functional dashboard solution (custom-built or ready-made platform)
Optional: Internal team training and documentation
- Timeline:
We are expecting a realistic delivery schedule. Estimated completion time is between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the solution.

The budget is flexible and will depend on the developer's experience, the proposed solution, and its features.
