Weekly Project Progress Reporting
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a clear, concise progress report prepared once a week that lets everyone involved see exactly where the project stands. Each report must cover three key areas: the milestones we have reached (and the ones coming up next), how much of the budget has been spent and why, and the current completion status of every task on the work plan.
The information will be provided to you in raw notes, spreadsheets and Trello boards; your job is to turn that data into a polished report that highlights risks early, flags any budget drift, and shows whether we are on-track against the original timeline. A short narrative summary at the top followed by well-laid-out tables or charts is ideal—whatever makes it instantly readable for stakeholders who do not have time to dig through details.
Deliverables each week:
• A PDF (and the editable source, e.g., Word or Google Docs) containing the summary, milestone chart, budget snapshot, and task status table.
• Any visual aids you use (Gantt excerpt, pie chart, etc.) exported as separate image files.
I will send the latest project data every Friday and need the finished report back by Monday noon at the latest. Accuracy is critical, so please double-check figures and dates before submitting. If you have experience with similar executive-level progress packs or can suggest improvements to the current format, let me know in your proposal.
