Web Development Project Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an organised, people-focused Project Manager who can jump straight into an active web build, keep my development team aligned, and keep our client fully in the loop. We’ll start with this single project; if the collaboration runs smoothly, you’ll roll onto the next inquiries already queueing up.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
• Updates: we’ll meet on scheduled video calls for all key checkpoints, so you should be comfortable steering concise, camera-on discussions.
• Coordination: day to day, you’ll translate specs into tasks, clear blockers for the devs, and surface any scope creep or risks before they bite.
• Client communication: you’ll prepare brief, friendly summaries after every milestone call, making sure expectations stay crystal clear on both sides.
The current build already has a roadmap and a small agile team in place; your first deliverables will be a revised two-week sprint plan and a living issues log. Tool-wise we mostly use Slack, GitHub and whichever board (Jira, Trello, Asana) you feel most effective with—happy to adapt if you have a preference.
If you’re used to hands-on scheduling, can speak both “developer” and “business”, and feel at home leading by video, let’s talk.
