* Handling Trainings of Trainers for own and all Districts.
* Operations strategies.
* Manage support services.
* Monitoring the processes related to enquiry generation, technical & commercial quotation submission, order negotiation, loading & following it up for payment.
* Supervising Sales Executives in acquiring new business calls and offering training to them regarding the same.
* Played a key role in ensuring maximum new business development as well as repeat business from existing students by maintaining an expected level of Customer Satisfaction level.
* Managing service in the digital equipment division, duties included answering customer queries, problem solving and providing detailed information on products.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with large corporate organizations.
Qualification:
*Minimum graduate in science (food technology/food science/microbiology subjects or other related subjects).
*Graduates in Business Administration also welcome.
*Candidates should have knowledge of Food Safety and Standards Rules & Regulations.
*Should have good communication and motivational skill.
*Willing to travel all over Tamilnadu for Organising.
