Job ID: 40357581

Budget: $8 – $15 CAD

The Opportunity:
I am a serial entrepreneur managing a diverse portfolio of four high-impact projects. I need a right-hand strategist to help me build the infrastructure, find elite talent, and keep the gears turning. This isn't just data entry; this is business building.
The Portfolio:
Ed-Tech: A STEM/Math tutoring platform connecting overseas PhDs with Punjabi students in Canada.
Mental Health: A clinical business structure for PhD-level gambling addiction counselors.
Security: A 24-hour monitoring service (licensing and logistics).
Local Services: A Handywoman service based in Abbotsford, BC.
Your Mission:
Talent Acquisition: Sourcing PhD-level educators in India and registered psychologists in BC.
Research & Compliance: Digging into BC licensing for security services and local business regulations.
Project Management: Setting up workflows (Trello/Asana) to ensure no project stalls.
Structure Building: Assisting with the administrative setup of a holding company structure.
Who You Are:
A Master Researcher: You can find a needle in a haystack, whether it’s a specific PhD or a municipal bylaw.
Operationally Minded: You love systems, CRMs (like Jobber or QuickBooks), and organized folders.
Culturally Competent: You understand the Punjabi-Canadian landscape (fluency in Punjabi is a massive asset but not required).
Fearless: You aren't intimidated by jumping from a discussion about "Red Seal trades" to "calculus curriculum" in the same hour.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive VA or Project Manager.
Tech proficiency (Slack, G-Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and PM tools).
High-speed internet and a "get-it-done" attitude.
How to Apply:
Send me a brief summary of your most complex project managed to date. Include the word "STRATEGY" in your subject line so I know you’ve read the brief.
Where to post this for the best results:
LinkedIn: Use your personal profile and relevant "Business Owner" groups.
Upwork: List it under "Executive Assistant" or "Project Manager" (specifically target Top Rated talent).
OnlineJobs.ph: If you are looking for high-quality support from the Philippines.
Facebook Groups: "Abbotsford Community" or "BC Entrepreneurs" to find someone local who understands the BC landscape.
Pro-Tip: Given the Punjabi/STEM project, you might find a "Unicorn" candidate on LinkedIn specifically by searching for VAs based in Punjab or Chandigarh who have experience working with North American clients.
