Virtual Assistant with Delegation Skills
Budget: $8 – $22 USD
I am in need of a virtual assistant with strong delegation skills to hire & manage the correspondence with freelancers in order to get projects done simultaneously.
Examples of delegated tasks include -
- website revamps
- social media managers
- blog writers
Right now I have 3 different websites I am looking to have revamped.
-Redesign website & optimize user experience
-Hire highly rated, cost efficient SMM (For platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok&IG)
-blog post writers focused on writing seo enhanced blogs, to begin increasing traffic through blogs
Would like to grow brand awareness, as well as incorporate means of monetization through
-social media marketing / monetization of content
-affiliate marketing (within blog posts, used in video content, on website, email marketing)
-2 sites are blog based, with automated affiliate marketplaces
-1 site is 100% ecom drop ship based, so would continue to promote products using TikTok shop, google shop, and blogs
Being able to stay on top of various freelancers, ensure deadlines are met, finding the best quality and priced freelancers, ensuring quality is up to standards, and overall managing these sites on a regular basis
email management skills will also come in handy so that I can give you access to these emails and proper correspondence can be done with the freelancers
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing my email inbox and ensuring all important communications are flagged and replied to (freelancers)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate level experience in virtual assistance and project management
- Proficient in email correspondence & communication
- Organized, ability to manage virtual projects
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- *Up to date with current trends in social media marketing will be helpful in overseeing content creation for video content creation to ensure an up to date, trendy account likely to go viral****
Communication with me and my team will happen mainly through ClickUp or Slack.
