Virtual Assistant With Strong Communication Skills -- 2
Budget: $3 – $4 USD
*I am a woman business owner who prefers to work with other women from African and Caribbean countries. While I can't afford a high hourly rate to begin with, there will be a raise every six months for the first two years. My goal is having your support will allow me to take on more clients.
I am looking for 25 hours a week ongoing with a 15 hour trial week to start. The hours of availability being from 6 am to 4 pm ET for checking emails up to 3 times and 6 am to 2 pm ET for Slack chat availability. Our touch point meetings will typically be within 6 am to 8 am ET.
I’m at the point in my business where I cannot take on even one more client because I’m fully bottlenecked. I’m a super overwhelmed business owner, and I need help.
I’m looking for someone who can come in and take things off my plate without needing me to create the plan for you.
I don’t need another person to “assign tasks to.”
I need someone who can look at what’s happening, see what’s falling through the cracks, and tell me how you can help.
The main things I need support with right now are the little-but-critical tasks like:
• Scheduling meetings
• Keeping track of emails
• Light ops/admin tasks
• Staying ahead of things I typically forget because I’m juggling too much
But here’s the most important part:
Your top skill MUST be communication.
I am seeking someone who is extremely communicative, proactive, and comfortable saying:
“Hey, I see this area that needs attention—here’s what I can take over and here’s how I plan to do it.”
I don’t have the capacity to train someone heavily or create step-by-step instructions.
This is NOT a micromanaged role.
I just want someone who can own pieces of the business, tell me the plan, get a yes/no from me, and then run with it.
If you’re the kind of person who naturally spots problems, creates solutions, communicates clearly, and takes initiative—I’d love to talk to you.
It will help me if you don’t use AI for your proposal as it’s a major let down to find out you communicate entirely differently when you don’t use AI. Best if I can get a sense of your communication style from the beginning.
