Vietnam Wood Finishing Coordinator VA
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Overview:
We need a Vietnam-based virtual assistant with strong experience in supplier communication, wood-product sourcing, production follow-ups and logistics coordination. The project involves managing the transfer of 1500 raw teakwood trays from one factory to another finishing workshop, ensuring smooth finishing, QC, packing and export preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with our existing supplier to coordinate release of raw trays, handles and packaging.
Identify, contact and evaluate new finishing suppliers in Vietnam (wood finishing workshops, OEM furniture factories, hand-finish studios).
Share project brief, collect samples, follow up on quotes and timelines.
Coordinate transfer of trays from the current supplier to the selected finishing workshop.
Supervise finishing stages: sanding, staining, food-safe coating, polishing and brass-handle assembly.
Share videos/photos of the finishing process and daily updates.
Oversee final QC, packing in our branded packaging and export preparation.
Work directly with freight forwarders for DDP/DDU shipment arrangements to the USA.
Maintain clear documentation: supplier records, production updates, QC reports.
Requirements:
Must be based in Vietnam.
Strong Vietnamese + English communication skills.
Experience in wood products, furniture finishing, sourcing or factory coordination (preferred).
Ability to visit suppliers if needed (bonus but not mandatory).
High reliability, transparency and ability to follow structured processes.
Deliverables:
2–3 shortlisted finishing suppliers with pricing and lead times.
Successful transfer of 1500 raw trays to the selected finishing partner.
Completed finishing, assembly, QC and packaging.
Export-ready shipment arranged for the USA.

Approx. 4–6 weeks
Payment:
Negotiable based on experience (monthly or fixed-project basis).
