Venture Capital Project Manager

I’m building a finance-focused venture and need a seasoned project manager who can marry rigorous Agile/Scrum practices with the realities of venture capital. Your mission is to keep every moving part—fundraising, investor updates, and product sprints—on schedule and fully transparent to the team.
Key focus areas
• Design and execute our fundraising strategy, mapping targets to clear milestones
• Maintain timely, polished investor communication that anticipates questions before they’re asked
• Orchestrate day-to-day work in Notion, Trello, and Asana, using AI-assisted insights to keep backlogs clean and burn-down charts honest
We operate across several time zones, so I value responsiveness, fluent English, and a willingness to sync with the team wherever they are. Practical experience in finance or investment projects is non-negotiable, as is proficiency with Agile ceremonies and the data-driven discipline that comes with them.
Acceptance criteria
– A 90-day roadmap delivered in Week 1, showing fundraising phases, investor touchpoints, and sprint cadences
– Weekly sprint reports generated directly from our project boards, summarizing velocity and blockers
– Investor update templates and a communication calendar ready by the end of Sprint 2
– Documented process for integrating AI tools into status tracking and risk forecasting
